These terms govern your use of primecalibre.com. The site exists to introduce Prime Calibre Ltd, our portfolio of software products, and our talent practice. It is informational only — any commercial engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

"Prime Calibre", "we", "us" means Prime Calibre Ltd, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. "You" means anyone accessing this website. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The content on primecalibre.com — including descriptions of our products, our talent practice, and our company history — is provided for general informational purposes. It is not an offer to contract, financial advice, legal advice, or a representation that any particular outcome can be achieved. Each Prime Calibre product has its own terms, available on its own website; those terms govern that product.
3. Intellectual property
All content on primecalibre.com — including the wordmark "Prime Calibre", product names, copy, design, layout, typography choices, and the underlying code — is owned by Prime Calibre Ltd or licensed to it. You may view the site, share links to it, and quote short extracts with clear attribution. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or republish material from the site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any related systems.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written consent.
- Use automated systems (scrapers, spiders, bots) to extract data from the site at a volume or frequency that materially burdens the service. Standard search-engine and AI-assistant indexing is welcomed and explicitly permitted, subject to our robots.txt and llms.txt.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Calibre Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited (such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
8. Talent practice — additional notice
The talent practice operates by introduction and selective engagement. References on this site to placements, sectors, or geographies are descriptive of past activity and are not a representation that we currently retain a candidate or assignment in any specific area. Engagements are subject to a separate written brief and fee agreement.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of this site, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you reside or where infringement of our rights occurs.
